Fun Mile Walk/Run
 
 
Mile Kids Run starts at 1:50 PM
Parents are welcome to participate with kids
 
Online Registration ends Friday 10/9 at Midnight
There is race day registration
Transition for Duathlon opens at noon. Transition spots are on a first come first serve basis. 
 
REGISTRATION:
  • All paid 5k and Duathlon participants receive a goodie bag (with goodies) & event t-shirt
  • All paid Kids mile particpants will recieve a medal when they finish
  • Race Day Registration is available for all events starting at Noon.
  • Online registration closes Friday Oct 9 at Midnight.
  • Mail-in registration must be post-marked by Sept 24, 2009
  • To guarantee shirt size you must be pre-registered by Sept 24, 2009
PACKET PICKUP:
  • You may pick up your packet Saturday October 10, 2009 from 1PM- 5PM at the Fair Acres Family YMCA or Race Day Sunday October 11, 2009 Noon- 1:50 PM @ Race site, YMCA, Carthage, MO

Duathlon Individual & Teams Packet Pick up Rules

  • The Duathlon is a USAT Sanctioned race - all USAT rules apply for Duathlon! 
  • All duathletes must have a current USAT annual membership card or must purchase a 1-day USAT license for $10. Please show up early and bring a picture ID. If you wish to purchase an annual license you go to www.usatriathlon.org
  • YOU MUST BRING YOUR ID AND USAT MEMBERSHIP CARD TO PACKET PICKUP OR YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A $10 USAT ONE-DAY LICENSE. 
AWARDS 5k, Kids Race, and Duathlon:
  • Male and Female Overall 3 Deep
  •  Male and Female Age Groups (3 deep):
    12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 plus
  • 2 Person Relay 1st Place Only

All Kids in Mile Run will recieve finishers award
Age Group awards as follows boy & girl, 3 deep
5 and under, 6-8 years, 9-11 years,
 
POST-RACE PARTY:
  • After you race, hang out at our Party!
  • Food, music, awards, friends, mix and mingle!
